1 minute tennis ball bouncing / develops great eyes hands coordination/ an old boxing exercise!
1 minute shadow boxing! 

this 3 minutes are a round

weekly 2 times every week do a round more! 

Go up to 10 rounds

and go down to 1 after and increase intensity!
