This combat sport has a heavy focus on body conditioning and is specifically designed to promote the level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition. So, if you've had a hard day sitting in the office at the computer, Muay Thai is the ideal sport. Kids Classes


Kids classes 10 - 15 years We keep focus on children , to make them have fun, get physically stronger and learn to focus on things they are doing! They are learning Muay Thai Boxing & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as the main activities, and also learning how to avoid being bullied at school or anywhere else! Build confidence and good communications!
