Circuit Classes are the kind of resistant training what is great to improve your cardiovascular fitness, great for weight loss and build lean muscles and great stamina, endurance and strength with some simple exercises what makes stronger the foundational of human movements! These classes are great for weight loss and build up a good strength level!

 Circuit Classes are very complex training! Based on body weight movements, kettlebells, battleropes, and TRX exercises!

5-6 stages in the first round 30 sec work 30 seconds rest, for warm up and keep the right order and the quality of the movements in mind and after 40 sec work and 20 sec rest!
